Returns & Exchanges

We want you to enjoy every order from Kintaro. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.


Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window.
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may not be accepted.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether an item is final sale, feel free to contact us before purchasing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Items damaged during return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest option is:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved
